Please read this policy thoroughly before processing requests for returns.
To obtain an RMA for products ordered through our website, please log-in to your account, click on the order that you purchased the item on, and click the Return Button. Follow the instructions to complete the process and someone will contact you regarding the return at the next business opportunity.
To obtain an RMA from any other channel, please send your email request to Trinity [at] WholesaleWidgets [dot] com and include the Quantity, Item #, Invoice #, and reason for return. Someone will contact you regarding the return at the next business opportunity.
Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. Wholesale Widgets Inc makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any equipment other than our vendor's warranty.
All Non-Defective product must be returned to us at your expense. All returns that are not caused by Wholesale Widgets are subject to a 20% restock fee. If we find the product being returned is defective or damaged, the RMA Department will discuss shipping options available to you at that time.
Customer Errors or Shipping Errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 5-business days from date of receipt of product. To report any shipping errors, please send an email request to Returns [at] WholesaleWidgets [dot] com or contact us via our Live Chat located at the bottom left sidebar of our website.
Damaged In Transit or missing contents must be reported to our Customer Service Department within immediately upon receipt of product. To report any missing products or damaged in transit claims, please send an email request to Trinity [at] WholesaleWidgets [dot] com or contact us via our Live Chat located at the bottom left sidebar of our website. Our Returns Department discuss options available to you at that time.
- We will not issue an RMA for Non-Defective products over 90-days from the date of invoice.
- Returns of Non-Defective product within our 90-day period must be returned to us in the new, unopened, factory box free of writing, labels or any damage whatsoever.
- Opened, unsealed, written upon or labeled boxes are considered used and will be denied credit.
- RMA #s are valid for 30-days. If product is not received within 30-days of the issue of the RMA #, credit will be denied.
- All return requests outside of the 48-contiguous United States must be returned at the customer's expense. Wholesale Widgets will not pay return shipping fees.
- Product returned to us empty or deemed empty will be denied credit.
All sales are final on special order products, non-stock and/or beverage items. No cancellations or returns.
- Bottled copier toner supplies are checked for stable conditions prior to shipment and are therefore not returnable. All sales final, no cancellations or returns.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPACKAGING AND RETURNING PRODUCT:
- All products must be returned in the original packaging including any styrofoam inserts, air pack, end caps, etc.
- We will not give credit on any product when either the product or manufacturers boxes have been written on, labeled or damaged in any way.
- All product must be shipped in a protective outer shipping box with the RMA clearly written on the outside shipping container.
- An address to return product will be provided to you upon approval of your request.
- Products returned to any address other than the one provided will be refused or returned to you at your expense and credit will be denied.
